We want to make sure that your experience here is as seamless as it is pleasant. To help navigate through shopping options here at Thirty-Fifty Co., we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions & a few helpful answers.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express cards. You are not required to have matching billing and shipping addresses when placing your order, but please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address prior to your order’s submission.

Q: Is my personal information safe?

It is, indeed. Our checkout page is protected by SSL to protect credit card information, and is also Level 1 PCI compliant (using 128-bit SSL encryption), ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: Orders are shipped out no later than 72 hours after purchase. Our accessories are handcrafted (to-order), so please allow time for your piece(s) to be crafted with quality and care. Once shipped, a confirmation email will sent out along with a tracking number. Use this to keep an eye out on your package, up until the moment of delivery.

Q: Are rush deliveries available?

A: Of course! Please send us an email prior to placing your order to go over expedited shipping options.

Q: & what about custom orders?

A: OF COURSE. Please send us an email with CUSTOM ORDER INQUIRY in the subject field. Describe what it is you’re looking for & add any photos available for reference (if available).

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is $3 for all orders within the United States (& US territories), and $10 for international orders.

Q: Are sold-out items restocked, and if so, how often?

A: Restocking items that are sold out is mostly dependent on two things: demand/popularity of the item, & availabilty of the supplies & resources needed to make the item available again. We have a cohesively extensive selection of products, so if what you’re wanting is out of stock, we encourage you to browse around a bit… and/or send us an email. Maybe we can work something out.

Q: What if my bracelet doesn’t fit?

A: It can take a try or two before you lock in on that perfect size and fit. We get it. Bracelets can be resized free of charge. If a second resize is needed, a $3 resize fee will be applied (& $5 if a third is needed, but rarely is this needed). To help minimize confusion with sizing, please use the guides above. Doing so will help us all get it right the first time around.

Q: Are your pieces waterproof?

A: We suggest following standard jewelry care techniques. Some materials are more prone to tarnishing than others, especially when water is involved. Use your best judgement and do what works for you!
